Terms & Conditions
General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the Purchase and Use of Digital Tickets
by SPACEPLANET (We Are United)
1. Contracting Parties and Scope
By purchasing a digital ticket, a contract is concluded between the ticket purchaser and SPACEPLANET (We Are United) as the organizer. These GTC are part of this contract.
The GTC apply to all digital tickets offered by SPACEPLANET (We Are United), in particular tickets for access to the Love Mobile at the Street Parade, for afterparties, and for combination tickets.
2. Ticket Types and Scope of Services
The scope of services is determined exclusively by the ticket category selected at the time of purchase. A ticket may include only access to the Love Mobile, only access to an afterparty, or access to both.
There is no claim to services that are not expressly included in the booked ticket category.
3. Personalization, Non-transferability, and Resale
All digital tickets are personalized and non-transferable. Only the person registered at the time of purchase is entitled to admission.
Passing on, reselling, or otherwise transferring the ticket to third parties is prohibited, whether for payment or free of charge. The organizer is entitled to check the identity of the ticket holder at the entrance using an official ID.
If the ticket and the person do not match, admission may be refused without a refund.
4. Distribution and Validity
Only tickets purchased through official sales channels or those authorized by the organizer are valid.
Copying, altering, imitating, manipulating, or misusing tickets is prohibited. Forged, damaged, illegible, or manipulated tickets are invalid and do not entitle the holder to admission.
5. Return, Exchange, and Replacement
Returning or exchanging tickets is excluded. Unused tickets will not be refunded.
In the event of loss, theft, damage, or technical unavailability of the ticket on the part of the visitor, there is no entitlement to replacement or refund, subject to mandatory statutory provisions.
6. Admission Only for Ages 18 and Up
Admission to the Love Mobile is restricted to persons aged 18 and over. The organizer is entitled to verify the age using an official ID.
Persons under 18 years of age will be refused admission; there is no entitlement to a refund.
7. Program Changes
The organizer reserves the right to change the program, times, schedule, route, location, line-up, artists, DJs, or other program items at any time and without prior notice.
Short-term changes may occur at the Street Parade, on the Love Mobile, and at afterparties. The cancellation of individual artists, DJs, or program items does not entitle the holder to a refund or claim for damages.
8. Cancellation, Interruption, or Restriction
If the event is completely or partially canceled, interrupted, postponed, or restricted, in particular due to force majeure, weather conditions, official orders, safety situations, technical problems, or the absence of participants, there is no entitlement to damages or compensation for consequential costs, to the extent permitted by law.
This also applies if individual parts of the event or an afterparty cannot be held or cannot be held as announced.
9. Performances by Third Parties
The organizer has no influence on the content, quality, or design of the performances by artists, DJs, or other participants and assumes no liability for them.
10. Image, Sound, and Video Recordings
By purchasing a digital ticket, the visitor agrees that image, sound, and video recordings may be made during the event in which they may be recognizable.
These recordings may be used by the organizer free of charge for advertising, reporting, documentation, website, social media, print products, and other communication purposes.
11. Liability
Participation is at your own risk. The organizer is only liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, subject to mandatory statutory provisions.
In particular, the organizer is not liable for unused tickets, travel, accommodation, catering, or other consequential costs, nor for the loss, theft, or damage of valuables and personal items.
12. Health and Safety Risks
Music events, Love Mobiles, and afterparties may involve high noise levels, crowding, restricted freedom of movement, and other risks typical of such events.
Hearing or health damage may occur. Each visitor is responsible for taking appropriate protective measures.
13. Catering
Bringing and consuming your own food and drinks is prohibited unless expressly announced otherwise by the organizer.
Food and drinks may be offered on site for a fee.
14. Luggage and Prohibited Items
For space and safety reasons, only small personal items may be carried. Backpacks, travel bags, suitcases, and other larger pieces of luggage are not allowed.
Small bags up to approximately the size of an A4 format are permitted, provided the organizer or security personnel do not order otherwise. The organizer does not provide any storage, cloakroom, or deposit facilities.
15. Admission and Entry Control
Admission is only granted with a valid digital ticket and upon presentation of an official ID upon request.
The digital ticket or an admission wristband must be carried or worn visibly during the entire event and presented upon request at any time.
The organizer and the commissioned security personnel are entitled to carry out entry checks and to reject or exclude persons from the event in the event of missing authorization, security concerns, or violations of these GTC.
16. Conduct and Instructions
The instructions of the organizer, event personnel, security personnel, authorities, and commissioned partners must be followed at all times.
In the event of violations of these GTC, in particular in the event of unauthorized transfer of the ticket, unauthorized resale, bringing prohibited items, inadmissible luggage, unauthorized catering, or endangering other persons, admission may be refused or the visitor excluded without a refund.
Further claims for damages by the organizer remain reserved.
17. Final Provisions
If individual provisions of these GTC are or become completely or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
Swiss law applies exclusively, subject to mandatory statutory provisions.
